- Beginner Programme: This programme has been designed for clients who are complete beginners or relatively new to weight training and structured dieting. As with any process, to be successful you need to master the basics. We have taken the training and nutrition principles we use with all our clients and adapted them to suit those at the beginning their fitness journey. The programme is split into two phases, with the more challenging phase 2 following on from phase 1.
- Intermediate Programme: These programmes have been designed for clients who are at the intermediate phase of their training journey. You will have an understanding of basic workout routines and structured nutritional intake, but you have not yet refined your skills to the level necessary to produce optimum results. As with any process, to be successful you need to master the basics. The programme is split into two phases, with the more challenging phase 2 following on from phase 1.
- Advanced Programme: This product is designed for females with a good degree of training experience, who are looking to take their physique to the next level. The programme is split into two phases, with training and nutrition plans provided for each, specifically tailored for the female physique.
Phase 1 is intended to prime and condition your body for the more challenging phase 2, where a carb cycling approach coupled with a high intensity weights and cardio routine sculpts and shapes your physique with maximum efficiency.
These programmes are geared towards fat loss and positive body recomposition, while maintaining or slightly increasing lean body mass (LBM).
