Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

To cancel your order please email [email protected] within 6 hours of purchase. Please include your full name and reference number with ‘Cancel Order’ in subject heading. Once we receive your email your order will be cancelled and full refund given.


Can I change my order once it has been placed?

To amend your order please email [email protected]. Please note that purchase amendments are subject to size and stock availability. If the requested item is not in stock you will be given a full refund.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please email us at [email protected] clearly stating the fault, we will aim to resolve the issue and arrange for the item to be returned.

• We will refund the price you purchase the item at.
• We will cover return costs.
• Please note we will not refund if we believe the item has been worn.
• Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery.

What happens if I am paying from outside the UK or paying in a currency other than GBP?

All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate.

What are your shipping rates and times?

Once we have received the payment for your order we will dispatch the item within the following 48 hours.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties will vary from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What are your returns policy?

• You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 14 days of receiving your original order for UK customers. 

• This period is extended to 28 days if your item was delivered outside of the UK. 

• If you would like to return your item please email us within 3 working days.

• If we are happy with your return we will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes any sale items.

• All goods will be inspected on return.

• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up appropriately and unlikely to get damaged on the way!

• If you are returning a faulty item we will cover the P&P prices you are charged
